Nice hotel at the heart of Cuenca
The hotel is located at the heart of old town of Cuenca. It is good location for sightseeing around. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful.

Hospedagem em Cuenca
Boa localização,, bem perto da catedral e da praça Mayor, das casas Colgadas e da ponte São Paulo. Recepcionistas simpáticos e amigáveis. Quarto espaçoso e silencioso. Vista espetacular do Vale do rio Huecar. No quarto existe um degrau para ir ao banheiro que avança na área do quarto e é perigoso para se machucar quando se vai de um ambiente à outro durante a noite sem que se acenda a luz.

Wonderful historic hotel with amazing views (from room and restaurant) and fantastic restaurant. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cuenca!

This was a very charming place with a lot of history. The views are stunning. It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were very good. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, great view
I had a nice stay here (3 nights). My room was clean and I particularly enjoyed the balcony and mountain view. It was nice to be able to sit outside and relax. The location is great: just a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and a relatively short walk up to the area where you can see some great views The bus from the AVE train station (Estación de Cuenca-Fernando Zóbel) is easy to use and very convenient (it drops off/picks up at Plaza Mayor). There are also buses from the new or lower town that drop you off at Plaza Mayor, so if you walk down the hill to the town and don't feel like walking back up, you can catch a bus back up (L1 or L2 comes every 15 minutes). My only complaint would be the pillows...they weren't very comfortable for me (way too high and firm, even when sleeping on my side). Despite this, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again!
