"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is that if you don’t get the all inclusive, you can’t use the minibar fridge that’s in your room. It’s locked & if you want to use it they will charge you, even if you don’t consume the beverages ..."

"I did not stay at the hotel because the room was unacceptable. There was no air conditioning, there was a strong mold and mildew smell, and there was a lot of mold in the room. For those reasons, I checked out and left the hotel the same day"
