「Perfect for a visit to UTSA」

「verygood」

「Todo Excelente muchas gracias」

「First room spelled like mold or like something water was in the air. Kinda smelled like BO also. Asked for a new room. Smelled freshly cleaned. No complaints until packing up when my child found a roach. Pool area not very clean. Hot tub very cold. Allergic reaction after using the pool.」

「Place was dirty there was hair in the bed sheets they probably hadn’t been washed. Will definitely not recommend」

「No one informed us the hotel was under construction. The lock on the door to the room was broke and covered with duck tape. The elevators had blankets hanging up in them to act as walls. It just wasn't very clean. The indoor pool no longer exists but it also didn't say this on the website. I've stayed here before and never had problems but after this stay, I will not be going back.」
