「Our experience was not good. We arrived early in the evening after a day in Waterton Park. The bathtub drain was not draining well the water from the shower and my feet were always inside the soapy water. My wife found a spider inside the pillowcase and we found hair on the bed sheets. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't come back or recommend it.」

The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all.
