「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「Great location across from Flynn’s beach and a good apartment with views of the beach from some of the windows. Great amenities such as the pool and heated spa. Good communication with property manager. Would stay there again.」

「The pool was lovely, the temp was a little on the warm side for summer but unfortunately too many people reserving sun beds」

「垃圾中的垃圾，污穢，骯髒，不清潔，廁所骯髒，房間骯髒，大廳骯髒，感覺十分差， 很貴的一晚，但是服務，住宿都是最垃圾的不要入住，不琅跟我一樣我情況， 孩子面上還比蚊叮， 房間感覺像80 年代，不更新設施是不行的！ 」

「The house is very good but the parking is terrible. The outside light wasnt working to the backyard. The pool and the garden is fantastic. The gaming room could use an upgrade. We attempted to use the airhockey table but took machine took the disc after the second goal and we couldnt get it back. The lady at the reception is very nice and friendly. 」

「The Little Palms Cabins were absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Convenient to shops, tavern and restaurants and most importantly the beautiful Lake Cathie beach. The Manager was wonderful and made us feel so at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying again 😊」
