「The room is small and not user friendly. The main hotel entrance is very dirty & dusty because of unpaved road. The quality of breakfast is not good, very limited choice in food. The standard room rate is a bit high with AUD450 per night. 」

「One interesting fact that the front desk was very contempt when I checked-in. Definitely not a 4 or 5-star hotel, toothbrush cost 2 dollars and no slippers. When I ask for more shower set, the front desk is very unwilling to give me any and tell me there are in the room with a very skeptical tone. The front desk was not very professional either, one staff tell me that the key card is 30 dollars, while another tells me that they are free. Last but not the least, the room did not smell fresh. 「渡假村整體感覺不錯，但我們的房間位置在最角落，而且房門在後方，晚上回去很陰暗，有點可怕；房間沒有空調，是用吊扇就在床鋪正上方，會發出嘎嘎聲響，就像要掉下來的樣子」

「Good stay for 1 night. Looked clean enough but bathroom had very strong urine smell. This was evident from first walk in & every time we entered. Matress was a little hard for me, but probably great for someone else. I thought price was a little high but it was comfortable enough & convenient. Check in was easy, staff very nice & helpful.」
