10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing stay. The pool areas are lovely and the view is amazing. Our 1 bed apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. We had a great time. We explored La Pasta and The Market restaurants, both which served very nice food, although quite expensive but to be expected at a 5* hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"My wife and I visited for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful relaxing stay. From the warm welcome and glass of bubbly on arrival, attentive breakfast restaurant staff, hard working housekeeping and pool bar staff - every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The garden view superior room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, with a fantastic view. Nice touches we enjoyed were the complementary filtered water, coffee pods, bathrobes and bathroom amenity kits. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with huge variety. As vegetarians we often struggle but we were spoiled for options here from fresh fruit to a variety of cereals, breads, hot cooked options as well as cheeses, veggies and pulses like cous cous. There is room for improvement with any hotel - yes, the room had minor signs of wear and tear here and there - but nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. Location is excellent also - for some reason google maps suggested the walk to old town is longer than it actually is - 15/20 mins at a leisurely pace."

"The room while a shade small was very comfortable with a great in bath shower. Lovely lotions and potions mounted on the wall and full at all times. Good stock of towels. The hotel itself is well run very spacious. The pools have sea water which is a wonderful addition. My only criticism would be the buffet. Next time I come I will bring the chefs a canister of salt and pepper! Every item was made to look perfect but almost everything on the evening buffet was tasteless. Pity, as the offering is very generous and a great variety. For example, each evening risotto was offered, it looked great but seemed like rice boiled in plain unsalted water. Staff at all times were very polite and professional and very well presented. The addition of recycled footwear is a unique approach. Bravo Check in was swift and efficient and we were assigned 601. Lovely quiet room at the end of a corridor. The sea views are amazing. I had to google if we could drink the water from the taps. A small note to say this would have been appreciated as no bottled water was provided. Also an undersell in relation to the spa. No information was given. A big shout to to Fernando that served us at breakfast. He was very courteous and professional! Thank you to the team for a really lovely stay. I look forward to returning."

Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. I complained and they gave me free drinks in the bar. I returned to the room 2 hours later and it still was not clean. A manager had to get involved. The room condition was poor. Maintenance does not seem to be consistent at this property. The elevator kept going to floor 5 and staff knew about it for some time, I found out. Check in was slow, and no perks were offered even though the hotel was not full. A general lack of attention to detail in general. I had 2 spa days, 2 meals at the hotel, and stayed in a junior suite, but no awareness of priority guests was observed. It could have been a positive experience, but it was not. The spa therapists were both very good. The only bright spot. I didn't stay for breakfast because the clean table I sat at was actually dirty even though it was set. Again, just attention to detail missing. Unfortunate. I would not return."
