「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night.
The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up.
The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning.
No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....

「this apartment is big, comfortable and well-equipped, nice room and good kitchen
it is not located to the main attractions, but there are buses to the old town
it is close to the beach and the environment is nice
there are supermarkets, cinema, restaurant nearby which is very convenient
staff are very helpful and friendly although the reception is not 24 hour」

「The Chill-Out apartment was perfect for a one night stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The team was very responsive and helpful as we tried to drive into the area and find the apartment. Note: The Expedia listing says there is parking, but they have very limited parking. You must reach out to them to see if it's open BEFORE you reserve or you'll end up with no parking. 「It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.」
