「Under construction, but overall a good stay」

「Fausto is an amazing host- prompt, attentive. Bed is very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. Got us to the airport in good time and found us a local place to eat.」

「Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. 」

「I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. 」

「Everything during my stay was beautiful. The front desk staff, especially Wilmer, made my stay very memorable he spoke English and was a great point of contact for any questions I had. However, my experience took a turn on the last day when I was injured due to a wet floor in the spa area. I had to pay for my own hospital visit, and the hotel did not accommodate me or offer any compensation after the incident.
