「Buen lugar para hospedarse, lo recomiendo bastante, muy cerca del centro y tiene a menos de 5 min caminando una tienda comercial, lo único que no me gustó fue mi vecina de habitación roncaba horrible y se escuchaba en todos lados」

「Great location and very helpful staff. A/C worked beautifully. Internet not so much. Not luxurious, but most things work. Papantla is not on the tourist trail but nearby El Tajín does draw visitors, and many stay here. If you want luxury hotels, stay in Poza Rica. If you prefer a charming Mexican town and real local flavor, stay here. Just don’t expect the Hilton. 」

「I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible...
