"No heat in the room and hen temperatures outside were in the low thirties. This is not unique to Best Western. Unfortunately, I have experienced out of service or malfunctioning heaters in budget motels throughout Florida. They refuse to spend money on repairing heaters because they assume they will seldom need them, until there is a cold snap and they do. These hotels are overpriced tip offs. "

"Stayed 4 nights here in a king suite. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean with a comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast items in the morning and coffee available 24/7. The only thing I didn't like was how spotty the wifi was, but I would stay here again."

"All good. Not much for breakfast. Toast, waffles and cereal. "

"This motel is very old. Rooms smell like cigarettes. We were first given a non-smoking room, but it had a strong cigarette odor. We asked for another room, and they moved us, but it still smelled like smoke—just not as bad—so we had to breathe it all night. On top of that, there were cockroaches in the room, and some of the lights didn’t work."
