"We were here for a wedding and every event (including the reception in the Public House) was within two blocks. This made our trip so easy. And by the way I did not know any of the event sites when I booked our stay at the Public House. The only place I would stay should I find myself in Crested Butte again."

Stunning views of the mountains from our room with gorgeous aspen leaves changing color. The hotel was quiet and clean. We used the hot tub which was very nice. Clean also. "Our stay was amazing. Purple Mountain was clean and comfortable with easy walking access to downtown. Chris, the host, was phenomenal. From the homemade, exquisite breakfasts to evening happy hour in the living room. Chris was welcoming and we quickly made friends with him, his dogs, and others staying there. Chris was knowledgeable of the area offering places to eat, hike, and alternate routes to drive home for the best views. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Crested Butte. "
