I would come stay so much more if it wasn’t so expensive but had an amazing stay as always so close to great food in an amazing environment beautiful nature, and the rooms are always the best to be in when around the Oak Ridge area

Refrigerator was iced over, had to put a piece of wood in front of door to keep it shut. Couldn’t get a pint of ice cream in the freezer because of built up ice. We asked for more towels and TP, got that but the person didn’t pick up the garbage while they were there. When you flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet taking off due to air in the lines, same with the kitchen sink, spit water everywhere. $5/night for internet that would only support 2 devices and that didn’t work half the time is a bit outrageous. When we added an extra night to fish it cost double what I booked for originally. What a ripoff. We will stay somewhere else next year for the opening week of fishing at Odell.

There was definitely some hair in the bathrooms. But like, I don't care. Its got kind of a rustic charm and the location is close to fantastic hiking spots. Big points for the dvd library. That was fun.

Do not reccomend. Very unclean. Room was very noisy and blood was on the bathroom floor. Sheets had stains and mirrors were in less than desirable places, which made us feel uncomfortable. There were extension cords leading out from the room below us which was covered up by foil. No gas station and only 1 bar to get food. Front desk woman was very kind, but the overall feel of this place was very horror movie.

We needed to get away from the city. We wanted a quiet, comfortable, and cozy room We found it, staff were friendly, it was a great base for all of the places we wanted to visit. Manley's Tavern and the Perk at Diamond Peak were both excellent, and all of the ladies were so friendly!
