「From the moment we walked up to the front door the staff was warm and welcoming for us and our dog. Room was fantastic with an excellent view of the lake and mountains. Definitely will return and recommend to friends and family 」

「We had no idea that our room was basically a repurposed retirement home with a temporary divider wall between our unit and the neighbouring unit... linoleum floors, no way to securely lock your belongings, very bright overhead lighting, and hearing every word that the other guests had to say made for an awkward experience... Not worth the hotel room rates... Sorry!」

「Great location! Room had been renovated but several items were dated. Pretty clean and we definitely felt safe and secure at the place. It’s about what we had expected although the a/c was very loud and kept kicking out. Otherwise a good night stay in a beautiful spot with a low star rating.」

「upon arrival check in was not ready i had to wait about 90 min for the room to be ready. the room did not look like the photos and looked like a dark closet/ storage area. fixtures were out of the 80s or early 90s including lighting, vanity, shower while bathroom really. seams on the drywall were popping. The door did not have a secondary or secure way to lock it was just a door handle lock. and the coffee maker did not work properly. whatever chemicals they used to clean smell treatable and...
