The property is at the foot of the mountains so there's some steps going from the rooms to the restaurant and to the pool area. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant is very good but it's only open until 3pm, after that it's a pizzeria only but the pizzas are made from scratch (expect a little wait time) and are delicious. If you intend on eating breakfast there, go early when it opens. Will definitely go back.

espaço comum do Hotel é muito bom,paisagens naturais,visão da serra e da cidade.Porém existem alguns pontos que precisam ser colocados:o meu check in não foi legal pois já havia pagado via app e o funcionário não estava localizando a minha reserva e disse q eu poderia pagar ao fazer o check out(situação q me causou aborrecimento já q já estava pago),o café pode ser melhorado,a condição dos quartos pode ser melhorada(a porta q dava acesso à varanda não trancava o que gerou uma certa insegurança ,os trincos do banheiro estavam soltos),a piscina estava em Manutenção e não pudemos usá-la (sendo q antes de fazer a reserva entrei em contato com o hotel para saber se estava funcionando e afirmaram q sim).

Quarto: Logo no check in ao entrar no quarto o mesmo se encontrava sem água, o rapaz da manutenção deu as coordenadas e nada resolvia, depois de uma hora a pessoa da manutenção que estava de folga veio e verificou que tinham mexido na geral. Fechadura era uma novela para abrir e fechar era uma combinação pra poder ter acesso ao quarto. Área de lazer: não utilizamos durante nossa estadia, no primeiro dia resolvemos fazer o checkin e fomos para o teleférico quando voltamos já estava tarde e não entramos, no outro dia na segunda, descemos para utilizar nos avisaram que estavam em Manutenção, na terça quando fomos utilizar a piscina, nós informaram novamente que ia ser realizada a manutenção. De fato, a manutenção não foi realizada na segunda, perdemos os dois dias de lazer no hotel. Café da manhã: fraquíssimo, muito básico para um hotel do porte deste basicamente só Tinha pão e bolo e de proteína ovo, pois salsicha não é proteína. Estrutura: muito grande e imponente, mas descuidada falta manutenção e parece parada no tempo. Funcionários: só eles salvam, prestativos, educados e atenciososo ssalvam

O café da manhã não é o que oferecem , a piscina infantil está em reforma e não avisam , perguntei sobre o horário da piscina e restaurante durante a noite me disseram até as 22:00 mas as 19:30 já me mandaram sair da piscina , o cardápio muito sem opção , aliás já tem uns três anos mais ou menos que não é atualizado , tipo , as mesmas opções que por sinal , são boas bem gostosas mas muito restritas

O hotel parecia abandonado, os chalés tinham cheiro de mofo, lençóis velhos, colcha horrível, quando chegamos estava tudo desligado, frigobar, contadores, tudo, não tinha água no frigobar, o banheiro estava com a torneira do chuveiro quebrada, não funcionou água morna!

Não tive uma boa experiência

O ligar é muito bonito, com muita natureza em volta. Porém, não foi uma experiência muito boa para mim. Reservamos o chalé onde informava que haviam camas em quartos separados, porém havia apenas um quarto suíte com a cama de casal. Duas camas de solteiro eram na sala/cozinha no andar térreo. Frigobar estava com o botão da temperatura desligado. Mesmo fazendo o check in mais de uma hora após o horário, o quarto estava cheio de água no chão, da limpeza. Não havia tapetes de chão e banheiro. Poucas toalhas, uma delas cheia de mato grudado. No térreo, apenas ventilador que não mexia, ou seja, a pessoa da outra cama não recebia vento. A cortina não era blackout (conforme anúncio) e a do térreo estava emperrada, então ficou metade da janela com luz da manhã. No pátio, não havia mesa, como nos demais chalés. Só não fui reclamar na recepção porque só iríamos passar um dia mesmo, aliás não há interfone no chalé (teria que sair na chuva para ir até a recepção). Chuveiro beeem ruim. Água muito mirrada e gelada na maior parte do tempo, pois era muito difícil de regular a temperatura. Não pretendo voltar.

O local é extremamente agradável para estadia, é uma pena que dá para perceber que falta mais funcionários para ajudar no atendimento, bem como precisa de um trabalho de conservação na estrutura dos chalés. O pessoal do atendimento é mt gentil. O café da manhã é muito bom. As piscinas são boas.
