"We were greeted by a man in bare feet at check in. The elevator did not work, pool closed, work out room closed. Our room on the third floor had zero sound proofing - door between rooms so we could hear everything! The whole third floor smelled like weed. Carpets in common areas and stairs were filthy. "

"The absolute cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The property was a little run down and from outward appearances you would think the room was going to be run down, but you’d be wrong. Very nice room and as I said, cleanest ever! Would stay again and every time."

"Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. "
