"Book early for the summer, as they get sold out! Rightly so, as the rooms are clean, recently remodeled, and the water park is fantastic for the kids to run out their energy and adults to relax poolside or in the indoor-outdoor hot tub! The staff is so kind and helpful, they make it easy to relax. The continental breakfast is good - there's a waffle maker, so that's a step-up from most other hotels, and lots of other options, including boiled eggs and yogurt for protein options. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The location is excellent. Outside of town but close enough to everything.The outside table and chairs need to be washed. The room was clean. Still feel the grounds could be maintained a little better. Its such a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. And dollar lake is beautiful too. The outside grill is nice, but pricey. But to be expected. We have been staying here for quite a number if years, so nothing is changing our minds to not return."

"The check in was easy and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. I was a bit worried about not having a/c, but the windows were open and fans were on…it was a perfect temperature. There was a nice selection of “help yourself” breakfast items each day. Such a beautiful house; we are so glad we chose to stay there."
