Immaculate conditions, the hotel and room was exceptionally clean. The facilities were incredible, very advanced technology I was able to operate the doors through my phone. The check in and check out was also done by phone. Lots of amenities for food and drinks in the lobby even when we checked in late. Would happily stay there again.

Confortable but not good service

Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern.

It was ok in general, first impressions were very good, easy checkin and new room, good size, qualtiy furnature. But sadly, there were couple of problems. Shampoo and tissues were empty. Most importantly, on of the pillows were smelly, it was kinda somebody used it already, or maybe damp bedding was put and it got smelled bad. Since there was no receptionist at night, we were not able to get our problems sorted.

Great bathroom and shower. Room service was daily and amazing. Very clean and made our stay as convenient as possible. I was even able to do my laundry while I was there.

Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available for the duration of our entire trip plus it had functioning AC. At 11 PM we had to pack up our belongings and move across the street to another unit. Extremely inconvenient. If you’re a tourist, this isn’t the property for you because the area is a far distance from main tourist locations.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Einziges Manko, die Fenster gehen zum Lüften nicht auf und die Temperatur ließ sich in Zimmer 10 irgendwie nicht regulieren.

Moderne Unterkunft

Eine Nacht als Zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Sehr modern beim Check in, alles über email und mit Handy auch die Bezahlung. Es gibt für das parken und die Zi. eine email. Ansonsten alles da was man braucht und das Frühstück ist beim Bäcker in der Nähe ( Fußläufig ).

Ungeeignet für Kocher-Jagst Radurlauber

Wegen guter Beuteilung eigentlich gebucht und am Ende enttäuscht. Für Radreisende völlig ungeeignet. Zu große Entfernung zum Zentrum. Kein echter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Keine Rezeption und Zahlung zwingend bereits beim Einchecken am Automat. Gegenüber dem Zimmer Baustelle mit lautstarkem Entladen von Baufahrzeugen ab 6:30 Uhr. Hightlight Frühstück, aber nicht im Haus sondern in nahegelegener Backhausfiliale.

Schöne Wohnung mit vielen Extras

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Appartement befindet sich nicht bei dem eigentlichen Hotel, sondern 3-4 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Anschrift wurde mir telefonisch mitgeteilt. Netter Empfang, großzügige Wohnung mit Balkon.

Sehr gut!

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Check-In erfolgt unkompliziert über einem Automat, und falls man damit nicht zurecht kommt, wird einem freundlich am Telefon geholfen. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden, gute WLAN-Verbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
