「The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. The young man who took us around to feed the animals and the marine biologist who told us about the marine life on the viewing platform were incredibly knowledgable. The room was pretty and we had a good view if we sat outside. We also loved the hammocks and the glow worms.」

「Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable. 」

「我们是两家好友结伴出行，来到温馨可爱的皮克顿小镇，是为了乘坐跨海轮渡去北岛。在盖维旅馆预定了两卧室套房住宿一晚，价格十分实惠，性价比很高。旅馆的居住条件也超出我们的预期。套房很宽敞，厨房用具很齐全，管理人员很友善，第二天我们一早就离开了，管理人员还没上班，我们只需把钥匙放入柜台门口的钥匙盒，就算是退房了，这使我们感受到，这里人与人的关系是建立在相互信任的基础之上，十分好的入住体验。」

「The rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately we have to share the toilet and bath which was very irritated because it was outside the cabins. My friend who is 72 years old and has to go to toilet at night time which is very inconvenient to her.」

「Crisp white linens and towels, large rooms (2 bedroom, queen & two twins) living space and bath, great shower pressure, comfortable beds, pillows were a little thin, but serviceable. The motel accommodated a midnight arrival, no issues with getting access to our room. Staff friendly and helpful. 」

Our room, the James Cook Apartment, was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, and the grounds are simply stunning. The location is perfect, with an easy 15-minute walk to the main street. Breakfast was delicious and a real highlight. We can't wait to return!」
