「The location was very close to both main street and the harbor where the Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferries are. The room was clean and housekeeping came every day.」

Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. 「It appeared that the property was in the middle of a renovation and access beyond the front desk to the first floor was limited. Just a little inconvenient with luggage getting to the elevator.」

「Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. I walked in and the room reeked of mildew and I noticed mold in the room. I told the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t notice it. I came...

「I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul.
