「Mark was very accommodating and my room was really big and comfortable Water pressure very good for having a shower I only stayed 1 night but I know the area very well and the guest house is a short walk from most places in town but quiet and peaceful guest house location Penrith is a beautiful picture postcard town and very handy base for traveling to the Lake District I will certainly be booking again I didn’t stay for breakfast but the menu look delicious 」

「Friendly welcome, lovely spacious room with plenty of well placed plug points. Good size bathroom with toiletries. Room was serviced every day and small bottles of water replaced. Walkable in to town centre albeit uphill on the way back. Would stay here again and would recommend.」
