"The property was beautiful and staff were wonderful. I loved the easy proximity to the Stowe path and it’s on one of the most scenic river sections. The room was spacious and bed extremely comfortable. We stayed on the first floor and had access to outside which we loved as it accommodated our busy in and out schedule. The breakfast was fantastic and was a fabulous start to our day! I would have rated a 5 but there were two downfallls 1. The hot tub was milky so did not use but we honestly usually don’t but the second and biggest issue was that having someone in the room above sounded like herd of elephants every evening and morning and I’m a light sleeper and on vacation found I was woke up every morning at 6 and the noise above was so annoying that I was now subjected to following someone else’s early morning rise times or their bedtime. Such a shame since the room was newly renovated and so warm and welcoming as was everything else about this property."

"What an amazing place to stay! Friendliest staff I’ve ever met ant an hotel and very accommodating to guests for a room change when there was a barking dog next to our original room. We enjoyed the gourmet pastries each morning and complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax every night. Thanks for a great stay!"

"From check on the o check out we had a great experience. The whole hotel was very clean the pool was a good temperature the bar was awesome. They even had mocktails. The room was on the smaller size for what I expected for a long deluxe but was fine for a one night stay. Also the outside area was beautiful to sit at and relax."

"Great room for a weekend trip to Stowe. Highlights were the outdoor pool, hammock, location and staff being friendly and accommodating when we informed them ahead of time that we would be arriving late! Would stay here again!"
