The bathroom was not clean..it was hair in the shower...the screen was broken on the window..it was tiles coming up off the floor as you get off the elevator...the staff was amazing from Victoria the manager to the night lady and even the next morning guy was great...hands down your staff was excellent ...

Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Brush fire smoke smell was coming into the room from the outside air. Floors were sticky and bathroom floor was dirty. I left before staying the night. Only positive ...

Was a little disappointed. There were no bowls to have soup or cereal. There was not a kitchen towel. There was as not a blow dryer. The hand towel in one of the bathrooms was the floor shower towel. Check in was extremely easy. The host was very nice and the place was clean.
