"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "This hotel is in a lovely area of Cusco - easy walking distance to shopping and the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tea and filtered water are available 24/7. They bring hot water bottles, special tea and a chocolate to your room each evening. The breakfasts (included) are amazing - the best I have experienced anywhere! A really luxurious experience."

"The space was clean and airy. It was nice to share a king sized bed after a few weeks of travelling. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolaty treats. There were a lot of included items like personal bug spray, toiletries, etc. though thoughtful, I worry about potential waste overall with these features (for example we did not need any of these). The breakfast was really wonderful. There were a lot of programs offered during the day that we did not take advantage of because of our short stay. Overall, a few min walk off the main strip but that was ok by us. Union provided everything we needed! "
