「They were over booked by 10 rooms. I paid for a room there and got sent to a different hotel 10 minutes away then charged again for that room」

「We had just a very short one-night stay. The reception desk employee at check-in was friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. It did take us awhile to figure out how to make the TV work when we returned late from our event and just wanted to catch the local news and weather before going to sleep. In our particular room, it required the switch by the room door to be in the "on" position. A note or placard in the room explaining that would have been handy.」

「The staff member at the hotel was very friendly. The pictures of the rooms are nicer than the facility. The hotel was clean. I think we were the only people staying. The pool was empty.」

「This hotel is not associated with Hotels.com anymore. I booked my room one year in advance and I got there and there was no vacancy. This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly. 」
