「I ended up choosing to book a stay at a different hotel. Front desk was kind. Hotel area was much different than online photo. The side door was propped open and weird man hanging around the side of the building. I didn’t feel safe.」

I booked a room with microwave and fridge, and they put me in a room without. When I mentioned it to the staff, she said: "there is a microwave here in the lobby and I'll find a fridge for you....".
