「The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. 」

「First, I reserved two double queen rooms over a month ago. We arrived and they rented our rooms already. We had to change to one single king and one double queen, but they charged me the same price. This is a very sketchy area with lots of transients. Appears to be more of an extended stay for low income. Someone did burn outs and i thought they were gong to hit the building at 2 am, a fight occurred about 3 am leaving blood and broken pipes / flooding.」

「I did not feel safe. I arrived after dark and after checking in, I had to walk outside to the back of the building to get to my room. The tv was on, which immediately put me on guard and made me feel like there might already be someone in the room. There was damage to the door. The air conditioner didn’t control the temperature so I had to manually turn it on and off. It was loud and I heard doors slamming and people moving around all night. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone!」

「This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...
