Very convenient check in with kiosk as well as in person staff. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. When I stayed there they were updating rooms and making it look nicer. I would recommend if you looking for affordable prices

The room was nice and as advertised. There was a musky/damp feel. It looked as if the hotel was professionally remodeled, but later repairs were very shabby. No one usually at the desk it had a video kiosk. We had no house keeping for (2) nights and until I put the laundry in the hall on the (3rd) night. There were people hanging out in the parking lot day and night. BN

Breakfast room was closed entire time. Did find food in reception but had to discover myself. Hotel uses a remote kiosk to check people in and out, was very jarring. There were bugs in the room and it had a musty stench.

Dirty, unlit parking lot, the ac did not work well and my husband sliced his foot open on something within an hour of staying and almost needed sutures. Horrid conditions and staff were so new they were unhelpful.

The rooms were in the process of I assume construction. Bed linings was dirty, floor was dirty band aid that was used was in the flood. I asked for a refund the gentlemen using the online kiosk said I would be refunded for my stay but failed to do so even though I was only there long enough to walk from welcome desk to my room, maybe 10 minute inspection and back to the welcome desk to return my key.

The property has a weird odor. Stayed there 4 nights and not once they cleaned the room. The toilet was halfway broken. Only had 2 towels for the whole stay, had to ask for more. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There was no staff on site. The floors were filthy. Carpet was pulling up. Our door wasn’t even locked when we went to check in never checked in through a virtual machine before there were cords running from room to room across the hallway. There is no elevator we were on the second floor. We did not stay in the location.

The check in was easy and the Gentleman was very nice . He upgraded us to a king room. The whole place was not traveler friendly.This place was more of a extended stay flop house for not to reputable people.I was afraid to leave my room at night. The parking lot even had a sign in it ,I noticed the next morning stating they weren't responsible for damage or theft to your car. I was very glad I didn't have young family members with me. No daily housekeeping.the coffee pot in our room didn't work. The one staff member we did see didn't speak or understand English enough to be helpful. Finally got her to understand we wanted clean towels. The on-line description says the is Continental breakfast ,you couldn't even get coffee cups no food at all I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. The discounts are not worth it

The ad is extremely deceptive. The place was a dump. There is no staff. None. The guests sign in on computer. The old, filthy rug in both the hallway and room dirty, beyond measure and stunk! The room had none, zero, zip hot water. So no shower/bath, No hand soap. Sheets were dingy looking. The ONLY reason we stayed was we were exhausted and needed some serious shut eye. The lighting was poor. We managed to get a nap. We waited for coffee but no cups and no muffin or cookie anywhere. This place should have the health dept called on them. I doubt anything is up to code. Travelers beware😡😢🐷

Booked online on September 7 at 1:00 AM for an immediate stay, expecting to check in right away and check out at 11:00 AM that same morning. Upon arrival, the property refused to check us in, claiming standard check-in was not until 3:00 PM and demanding that we pay for a second full night just to get into a room. The staff was completely unaccommodating and unhelpful—instead of a real person at the counter, they had an iPad displaying a remote person's face. After trying to resolve the issue for 40 minutes, we had no choice but to leave. To make matters worse, the parking lot felt very unsafe, with suspicious individuals hanging around outside. As a parent traveling late at night with my daughter, sitting in the car waiting for 3:00 PM was not an option. We ended up having to leave and check into a nearby hotel that actually cared about guest service and safety. Avoid this property. Their booking setup is deceptive, guest service is virtually non-existent, and the environment outside felt unsafe.

The place was in the process of changing ownership so that might explain some of the issues with this property. Check in was a person with a thick accent on a kiosk in the lobby. His image was sideways on the monitor which made the encounter feel even more bazaar. We checked in well after dark so this detail, along with all of the signs being covered made for a very odd and unsettling atmosphere. Like the David Lynch motel... Upon entering out room we noticed the the only window treatment was an old, pull down shade that was lying on the ancient air conditioner. We had to reinstall it for privacy reasons. Please deduct $100 from our bill for our labor costs. The room looked clean but smelled like a 50 year old basement with mold issues. I wish I was kidding. I keep waking up from the nightmares this place caused and the smell would immediately slap me in face. The bathroom fixtures functioned but had seen better days. The continental breakfast was nowhere to be found, not that any of us would have felt safe eating anything there. This is what happens when you allow 3rd wor1d owners to bring their values and 3rd rate levels of cleanliness to our country. Avoid this place at all costs!
