As a Stop on the way home……..

……this was a great find! Although we were not able to visit the town, the hotel was very conveniently placed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It made us want to return and explore for longer.

Fantastic value, luxury feel, great service, fantastic breakfast. Nice pool and steam room. Whilst it’s not the most picturesque location in the Serras, it’s a fanatastic luxurious base.

This is a very nice hotel with a fabulous breakfast! A really nice variety of quality foods at breakfast. All of it good. Parking is free and easy to find a spot even though the hotel was busy. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would again!

Moved room 4x during our stay at this hotel due to airconditioning and ventilation. Front desk staff seemed indifferent but did make an effort to help and even upgrade our room. Will be looking at other places to stay next time we are in this area.

Nickel and dime you $4 euros for a shower cap or can't use the pool, service for lunch in bar area poor, always had to find server and ask.front desk a little rude during check in. This is my last night here and I am glad to leave but the city is very nice.

So I rated it poorly because of check in staff. I had 2 rooms booked at same time but unfortunately a mistake was made with one of reservations and stated only one person. The staff was very nasty about it and made me pay $40 euros extra even though I showed them that rooms were booked at same time and it was a mistake. And also went on Expedia and showed them the room rate for that same day was half priced. What a nasty handling of this situation. I will NOT stay again ( and I go here twice a year since I have family there) . The rooms were nice and breakfast was very nice. The stay left a terrible taste in our mouths.

Atendimento ruim.

Atendimento da recepção e do pessoal do salão no café da manhã bem rude. O Bruno na recepção, após perguntar se haveria um quarto de frente, pois devido a uma grande festa dos estudantes que estava acontecendo bem atrás do hotel a madrugada toda, não dormimos nem por um minuto até as 5:35 da manhã, nos respondeu: todos estão reclamando, compre uns tampões e coloque nos ouvidos, pq hj vai continuar a festa … E qd questionei a outra recepcionista, ela nos mudou de quarto sem problema nenhum… E no café da manhã tb eles não fazem reposição nenhuma e tb são bem rudes no atendimento…

O spa é uma piada

O spa é uma pegadinha. Colocam aulas de natação para terceiros e você não tem paz na piscina, pois as aulas atendem desde crianças pequenas (barulhentas) a idosos. Isso não estava muito claro. Então se você pretende relaxar na piscina e spa, esqueça. O quarto era bom, no banheiro faltou uma porta no box para não passar frio. A comida do jantar foi excelente e o café da manhã também era bom.
