La atención es excelente, la habitación de lujo es muy linda y completa. El baño es grande espacioso, la cama confortable, el TV con todos los canales premium.

No volveré...

La habitación está super cómoda, nueva, el mobiliario y todo muy lindo, con aire condicionado. La chica de la recepción es muy gentil y amable, siempre estaba pendiente, pero también había un señor del hotel que me vio subir y bajar cómo 3 veces porque yo tenía varias maletas y supermercado, y me miró así sentado en un sofa con el celular, ni me propuso ayuda... La habitación no tenía ni toallas (me tocó pedir dos veces para tener una cada día), ni tapete de ducha. Y lo que me pareció lo más irrespetuoso fue que el sábado cuando llegué no pude disfrutar de la piscina porque había cómo 6 o 7 niños que ni eran del hotel jugando toda la tarde hasta las 7pm, gritando y haciendo ruido y saltando en la piscina. Que lastima porque los equipos del hotel son buenos pero falta un supervisor para cuadrar que todo salga bien

Lindas vacaciones

Nos quedamos en habitación, que es muy bonita y completa, sin nuevas, modernas, excelentes acabados, aire acondicionado 💯 smart tv, los colchones son excelentes, el baño, Todo el confort de la habitación es muy bueno. Si quieres que te la arreglen debes solicitar el servicio, al igual para que te cambien las toallas. Tiene parqueadero. Cuenta con piscina, la playa que queda cerca es muyyyy fea. Debes ir a unas que quedan como a 5 minutos en carro, que son lindas. Te recomiendan muy buenos restaurantes, la niña de recepción es muy amable, y los chicos que colaboran son serviciales y amables todos. Lo único es que la playa para poder estar no es cerca. Te ofrecen tour, lo tomamos y nos fue muy bien. Con Esgar Tour hicimos Isla Tintipan y de las playas más bellas de Colombia sin duda no dejes de hacer este tour.
