"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. When she asked if I had a preference on where the room is I explained my son was sensitive to noises due to his autism. She was very empathetic and assigned us a nice quiet room away from the elevators. I didn’t take down her name, but she was a gem. "

"AMAZINGGGGG! I went to celebrate my birthday and I could not have had a better time. The staff was amazing from my entry to check in, until check out. Everyone was kind, cordial and willing to help me. I will certainly make it routine practice to incorporate this hotel into my self care! I visited this time for my birthday and have been with them before for my birthday. I just might make them my host hotel for every birthday. I truly enjoyed myself and commend the staff for their high quality hospitality. "

"The only bad thing was that most of the TV channels didn’t work on the last day that was Sunday. They didn’t hav3 anyone to fix it being Sunday. They did offer giving us a different room though."
