「職員友善，房間舒適 又有免費早餐」

「Professional staff, well kept property and plenty of parking. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. My only complaint is that the windows needed some privacy while letting light in. The windows were equipped with black out blinds which is great at night but during the day, I'd like to still have some light though but not be in full view of other guests at the hotel. Also the windows needs to have bug screens on them because fresh air is nice but not at the expense of insects coming in as well.」

「The room itself was fine. The staff and service weren't at par with what I'd expect from a Best Western. Some of the front desk/reception staff are a bit rude, and the service could have been better too - we didn't have a face soap on the day of arrival. Breakfast was pretty good, however could do with more pastries and fruits. 」
