je suis très en colère
Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, la température extérieure est de 3 degrés et le climatiseur de la chambre souffle de l'air froid ? La salle n'est pas aussi chaude que l'allée ! De plus, je suis un VIP de l'hôtel, je peux évidemment surclasser la chambre, mais la réception m'a dit que je ne pouvais vivre ...

Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in.
