「Stayed one night a group of 4 girls. Great location. Room clean. Nice little touch of leaving milk, water and tea coffee facilities. Would stay again. 」

「Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city.」

「It was okay, but didn’t really feel it lived up to the photos. The dog next door was barking nearly all the time we were there and the shower kept blocking.」

「It felt like we were staying in a bachelor pad. There was mold in the bathroom and the linens and towels were nubby and stained. We were unable to get hot water and checked out a day early.」

「Was not as advertised. Mold in the shower, broken cabinet in bathroom, mold on carpet, stains on bed sheets. Just not livable. Had to get a last minute hotel reservation.」

「The place was very clean and homey. Big and lots of room to enjoy. The kitchen if perfect to have dinner with friends and family. The hot tub is perfect addition.」

「If i could gove this no stars i would. It says it is on a complex with a gym and a pool. It is in fact a house in a scruffy area with a gym up the road. House clean but central heating and hot water didnt work. After two unhelpful phone calls to the owner who was away we booked somewhere else. He is refusing a refund. AVOID」

「'Ambassador' - certainly not. Had ti waut 2 hours before i got tge kry and then while the cleaner cleared up after the previous guest. Extremely poor condition and massively overpriced. Would not recommend.」
