"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While your staff were lovely and friendly, the room conditions were significantly below standard, resulting in a very poor experience. I encountered a persistent and disturbing sewage smell in the room, and the noise levels from the corridors made it impossible to get a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the heating system was inconsistent, swinging between being too cold and excessively hot. Although I reported this to the team, no one ever came to assist, leaving me in total discomfort. To add to this, the shower head was extremely weak with poor water pressure. I appreciate the kindness of your team, but the physical state of the room and the lack of follow-through on my maintenance request were unacceptable. Given that my sleep and basic comfort were severely compromised, I am requesting a partial refund as compensation for these issues. Kind regards Tara"

"We were there for St. Patrick’s Day, and they had an amazing set up. We were able to stand on the front steps and have a perfect view of the parade! They had donuts and hot dogs inside the lobby for parade watchers, and they made everything very jovial. The breakfast was amazing — so much variety (healthy, too!) — and we felt very well cared for. "

"It was a decent stay and is right next to the tram. The staff was very helpful and very kind. There was not a telephone in the room and bed was a little firm, which is fine. Best part, while St. Paddy’s day was going on, it was nice to have a hotel that wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of it all to retreat at the end of the day to a quiet area. "

"For being right in the heart of Temple Bar neighborhood, we were very happy with how quiet and relaxed this hotel is. convenient location to all buses, nice breakfast, staff were very helpful and seem very used to us US travelers who arrive early and need to leave late, storing bags, etc. would recommend"

"Great location and staff. Easy to get to all areas. Room was clean, Wi-Fi was great and the amenities were awesome. Only thing that could have been better was the beds, both beds were extremely uncomfortable due to being worn out in the middle. Other than that it was a great week long stay. Would definitely recommend."
