「Property was awesome except all their pools and pool areas are in desperate need of major remodel. Since my wife and I like to lounge by the pool, we were really disappointed in that. Pools are old, need updates, needs better food/beverage service, need bigger hot tub and they need to offer cabanas. There’s just no vibes at their pools. Other than that, we really enjoyed all aspects of the property, service, etc.」

「I like the location and value this hotel provides. The pool area is always clean and welcoming with plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms are spacious with full sized refrigerators and full set of dishes and plates to have a little something in your room. I am very glad to hear that Orange Tree is getting a freshening up in its decor in summer of 24. This was our second stay at Orange Tree and found it comfortable and close to shops and places to eat. 「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」
