「Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

「This is our first stay at this hotel, and what a great location! Every room has spectacular views of the bay and when you leave your room, you can see the Gulf of America. The staff was awesome. The property was well kept. The rooms are newly renovated and they are lovely. The restaurants were very good. We look forward to going back.」
