「Rooms were clean and everything was nicely taken care of, we needed a place to stay for the convention and this hotel has been our choice 3 years in a row now. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and sausage!」

「This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. 」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room prep this stay. We found trash inside the nightstand, the bathroom bin was full, and the candle by the tub was non-functional. 「Our son enjoyed the pool. Motel is a very short walk to downtown bakery, coffee shop, and stores. Housekeeping only freshens rooms every other day now, if you are staying more than a day. So, you have to ask the front desk if you want towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Front desk is reluctant to refill the hot water and coffee available for guests 24/7. But the breakfast is very nice.」

「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」
