「All was very excellent they even gave us an half hour for breakfast」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

This room was in need of repairs, needed some updated furniture (the chair had rips and stains) and had a musty odor. We likely could have asked for a different room, but in the end stuck with the one we had. The staff seemed friendly, and it is very affordable. Next year, we will be looking at a different hotel.」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The room did not have much floor space, considering it was supposed to be an accessible room for an electric wheelchair. The bathroom was particularly problematic since I could not get my wheelchair into the bathroom properly. I was unable to use the accessible shower because my chair did not fit past the door. I noticed a lot of dust in areas.」

「We stayed there for one night. When we arrived, we found out the electricity and water were out. That happens, and it wasn’t in the hotel’s control. What was in their control is how they handle it. We weren’t offered any help unless we asked for it, the pool and indoor playground weren’t available because it was too dark - and given the bad weather these were the only relevant amenities. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation at all, and even declined our request for late checkout so we have...
