"My stay was Ok. The guest experience can be improved. Rooms had clean & comfortable beds and bathrooms, and CableTV. No in-room amenities like: telephone, coffemaker, klenex, clock, alarm, Bible, etc. , no info. on nearby food options, or local attractions. No fresh smell, but no foul smell either. Only 2 towel and wash cloth sets. 2 extra hand towels, no extra toilet tissue or klenex. 3 small hand/body soap and 1 small shampoo packet. No Trash Cans in room. No radio or alarm clock. There are many nearby fast food and restaurant options. Also good nearby grocery, and shopping options. Floors are marble throughout. So they appear clean. Could not tell if floors are mopped regularly... Kept my flop-flops on at all times. Exterior windows of hotel lobby and sleeping rooms are dirty. Front desk personnel need training in customer service and guest services. However....the Hotel bills itself as lowest cost hotel in the area of several recognized chain hotels. Hotel Security and Parking is adequate! Cold drinks/bottle water can be purchasd in main lobby only. This review option is cumbersom to complete. I would stay there again because of the low cost, room comfort, and Security, but I will again survey area pricing. If room-night pricing is not more than $7-$10 diff. I will go with a major chain hotel. Many of the hotel's guest appear to be from nearby small towns and communities who come to town to recreate and shop. Now you know!"

"Our stay was a short overnight stop on a longer trip. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean however somewhat dated. Low toilet and sink top, Carpet in a room that allows pets seemed unusual. Breakfast was very nice. The lady working was very pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again."

"The property was clean, safe, & very accommodating to us staying with our diabetic pug. The staff were beyond friendly and compassionate! Kudos to the maintenance man that helped my husband clean up broken glass that fell out of our car when he opened the back hatch. The breakfast was good. We only stopped for the night because traveling with a diabetic dog from Houston, Texas to Kalamazoo, Michigan is just not great. We had to have a nice cool place for our dog to heat as it was 100+ degrees for temperature. If in the area I would stay at this location again."
