「The room was good. The breakfast was good. The evening meal was good. What more can I say. Enjoyed my stay」

「Quirky old building just off the steep cobbled hill from the 'port' to the hillside town. Old fashioned but quaint with antique furniture. Car access is somewhat challenging down the 'pedestrianised' cobbled street. Soap but no shampoo in bathroom. Breakfast was simple but quite adequate. Water but no tea or beverage facilities in the room. Good location to walk up to the town or down to the port.」

「Perfect in every way. Lovely evening meal, breakfast and company Will return if back in the area.」

「Excellent breakfasts served by our gracious host. We had dinner in the dining room on vending and it was a delight….delicious….unique….excellent!」

「This is not an hotel. The approach road and gardens are in dire need of attention. The swimming pool in our view is unsafe because of the steps leading into the swimming pool location and the floor is marble and the owner warned us that it was slippery. Our room was large but lacked privacy - no curtains in the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate but exactly repeated every day. Not a place to visit again」

「J'imagine 」

「We arrived to find the owner was away and no arrangements for our check-in. Fortunately another guest let us in and helped us find towels and pillows. Room was basic but comfortable and lovely gardens in a nice village with a local bar. Reasonable for the price we paid. Access to shared fridge and freezers was helpful but we did not understand arrangements for breakfast so self-catered. 」
