「Nice modern rooms, nice basic property, EV charging not working with no apparent concern to make it correct 」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「The room was clean. The welcome was great. All interactions with the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and impressed that it included fresh fruit (many places don't offer this), dinner was good. The location, free parking and the lovely staff made this a perfect choice. 「Séjour pour le semi de St Jean de Luz à Andarrabia, la chambre est propre, la télé canal + est bienvenue quand il n’y a rien à la télé, le personnels est plutôt bien accueillant et accessible. Le petit déjeuner servi à 7 h est plutôt pratique. Je recommande cette hôtel 」
