when we first arrived at the check-in area, we were told that counter is only for sands members, and im not, so the staff asked me to go to another area. but there'no clear sign which counter is for other customers, so we walked and walked, when i asked another staff on our way, she said there's only 1 counter for check-in. We were shocked, so we walked back to the sands-members only counter and asked again. Luckily, there's another staff kindly walk us to the real counter. Really appreciated it.
then we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child. when we arrived at the room, there's nothing for the child, so we called room service for pillows, slippers and so on and they were fast, they settled everything in a blink.
this is not the first time we stayed here, yet we were surprised to see a hole inside the washroom, you can tell its from the hanger in the door and also there isn't any suitable adapter inside the washroom for the hair dryer provided by the hotel. Thats really surprising.Hopefully, this could be improved in the future.
Lastly, the hotel was so nice to send us some treats and the check-out was fast.
