It's more about value. For this price, the quality of the room and overall just doesnt worth it. You can have many other choices if you are paying this price per night

The bath tub is a bit too small. Also the pillows are just soft. But other than that, this hotel is pretty good.

Good, they don't accept union pay as deposit, will take 21 days to refund if use credit as deposit, I used cash instead but takes a long time to check out

Good location, close to the new metro station. Room is spacious & clean with good view.

Service is way below the Macau standard!

First of all, sign to hotel reception is nothing clear if you walk from inside the building. Check in has a long queue and there is only one guy working there. Have to ask the check out counter why they are not helping to get to check in, waited more than half hour. Wanted to get some change for transportation but was told they can’t make changes! Other hotels gladly offer that service and is very detail in asking how they could help with getting to our destination. Have to call and ask for tidying up the room.

The hotel is very new and there are shops and restaurants right downstairs, just few minutes walk to The Venetian which is very convenient.

A very pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff front desk staff. The hotel can look into providing some seating areas for guests waiting to be checked in.
