Service is way below the Macau standard!

First of all, sign to hotel reception is nothing clear if you walk from inside the building. Check in has a long queue and there is only one guy working there. Have to ask the check out counter why they are not helping to get to check in, waited more than half hour. Wanted to get some change for transportation but was told they can’t make changes! Other hotels gladly offer that service and is very detail in asking how they could help with getting to our destination. Have to call and ask for tidying up the room.
