「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. The only slight niggle is plugs, not all Italian plug sockets worked with our European adapters and so with multiple devices it was very difficult to charge everything. The pool...

「Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht in der Residence La Filanda verbracht – und wir waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist top: sauber, gepflegt und sehr charmant. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort – alles lief reibungslos. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. Rezeption 24 std. , alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Leihfahrräder und Parkplatz am Haus. Absolut super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ! Zum Frühstück auf die Piazza d'Erbe fahren .」
