"The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. They could have offered a discount because we had room that smelled but they were not inclined when asked. "Tinos E Houses are tremendous. The location in Dio Horia village is excellent, very close to lovely restaurants in the heart of the village. The property itself is lovely inside with lots of designer touches and interesting decor. It is very practical too with 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen loving space. Outdoor areas are also excellent: a sheltered terrace with magnificent views, and a garden with an excellent pool. Lastly the daily housekeeping is amazing, keeping the property...

"We booked this hotel partly because the photos showed a pool bar, but unfortunately it was not open during our stay, which was disappointing. The room floors were also felt dirty, and there was no clothing iron available, which was frustrating after several days of traveling. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was central and near the beach which we enjoyed."
