"Gorgeous, hardworking, great staff. Grounds, 3 pool areas beautifully landscaped, groomed, water perfectly clean. Feeling of vast spacious leisure. Hard for taxis to find, hidden in Lagoon area, but so cheap! Safe. Town 5 min away. Wish had functioning restaurant or café but can call for take-out, very cooperative."

"Cuando voy a barra de Navidad elijo este hotel, es cómodo, bonito , limpio, no es caro, tiene todos los servicios, ofrece alimentos y bebidas y tiene muelle para poder ir en water taxi al malecón sin necesidad de usar tu auto. Voy mínimo 1 vez al año y siempre es un gusto, sin duda volveré"

"Overpricing! experienced an unforeseen additional charge during my recent check-in. My Expedia booking specified a room for four guests (three adults, one junior), but the assigned room type accommodated only two adults. This discrepancy necessitated an immediate extra payment upon arrival, which was not indicated in my original booking confirmation."

"I loved that the place had beach access. They had two pools and the had a parking garage that is closed off at night. The town and neighborhood felt very safe but it is was a nice touch to have that option for your vehicle. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I loved the decor of the place, it was just a great vibe overall."

"El personal muy amable y atentos, con muy buena vista al mar, no me gustó que los cuartos no tienen puertas en los baños y las ventanas en mal estado. En cuanto a la alberca muy pequeña, la escalera de acceso floja y no hay escalera de concreto que facilite el acceso a personas mayores."

"The Hotel is amazing. I stayed at Jr. Suite with no hot water and the sliding door with no locks. The pool was great but service on the restaurant not so friendly. Waitress had an attitude all time. Found a hair in my breakfast plate and was not offered an apology, I just sent her back. The hotel could run so much better if they get their stuff tightened up. Hotel has the potential to grow."
