「What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service . He would engage with us at the pool and morning breakfast ( which was tasty ). The pool facility and bar were perfect . I would visit again .
Thanks for the perfect stay.」
「A very nice place to stay; clean, cozy and quite place. The staff was very friendly. We even got dinner recommendations for vegan and vegetarian food.」
「Enigma has a great location and, in my opinion, the concept of the hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not quite live up to what we expected, especially considering the price we paid.
The hotel is clearly in need of better maintenance. There was mould visible on some of the walls, the pool did not look particularly clean, and the spa felt quite outdated. The gym was also very poor, with only a few machines and very limited equipment.

「Es war eine wunderschöne, liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft - alles top, mega leckeres Frühstück mit frischem
Obst, selbst gemachtem Joghurt....
Ganz liebe Leute, vielen Dank für alles!」
「Nice place if you like the shared idea (some rooms have shared bathrooms). Breakfast is simple, but ok, however you have to bring your dishes to the kitchen yourself and put it in the dishwasher afterwards. If you want a fried egg, you have to prepare it yourself in a pan. Afterwards you have to clean the pan.
All these things are not explained on the Expedia sites. You will find this information just before check in when you get an email from Casa Nook or on their own website.」
