「The staff at Orla was very accommodating and kind. Customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. My room was clean and well kept. I felt very safe staying here! The views from my room were incredible - also the room was very quiet even with being on a busy street in Copacabana!」

「Super well located in a nice and safe area in Ipanema. The staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. Rooms were very nice although a bit small. One thing I would recommend is an improvement to the shower. Great place, would definitely stay there.」

「The Oceanview rooms have an amazing view. Hotel is well placed and has a number of restaurants near by. The staff is friendly, but recommend having Google Translate near by to communicate with them. The food was alright.」
