「Everything from the room to the staff. I got there a little late and quick call and found out I was at the wrong building but after I found where I should have been everything was great」

「The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. 「The air conditioner in one room worked excellent! But didn't work well in the main bedroom. The view was spectacular, but we didn't notice any vinyards. Juat ocean and the scenic boardwalk area.」

「If you wanna stay on the ground floor, choose the 1st option with smaller room. Other rooms are on 1st floor without a lift. The room is good but bring along with your own shampoo/shower gel. They offer one there without label. So I don’t even know that is a shower gel or shampoo. Unlike other stay, they don’t offer bottle of water and tap water isn’t drinkable. Others are all great. 」

「Definetly would not recommend this property. Very outdated, experienced problem with room, elevator, garage, spa access limited 3 hrs only not informed upon check-in. Area surrounding is noisy. Dining options breakfast only & limited selection. 」

「The area is a little sketchy and dirty, make sure to park on the left side of road only. Do pre check in for directions of how to get in your room as there is no on site office. My room had one bar of hand soap-no shampoo conditioner shower gel. Inside is renovated nice, bed was comfortable.」
